CHRISTOPHER NEIL GRIFFITHS, 47, of Northam Road, Southampton. Admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend planned telephone appointments. No action taken on breach.

MICHAEL GEORGE DENNIS SMITH, 35, of Augustus Way, Chandler’s Ford. Admitted to breaching post-sentence supervision requirements. Returned to prison for five days.

MARCIN GUTMANSK, 35, of Aster Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage and found guilty of assaulting an emergency worker by beating. Released on bail until October 6. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

TYLER JAMES MEADOW, 24, of Bitterne Road East, Southampton. Found guilty of assault by beating. Released on bail until October 13. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

DANNY OWEN CARROLL, 29, of Elm Grove Road, London. Pleaded guilty to two counts of using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress, one which was racially aggravated. Also pleaded guilty to causing harassment alarm or distress. Ordered to pay £1,925 in costs and fines.

MOHAMMED NAHEEM, 43, of Blackberry Terrace, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug driving. Fined £120 and disqualified for 26-months.

ANDREW PACK, 56, of Tate Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug driving. Disqualified for 12-months and fined £250.Ordered to pay £40 court costs and £34 victim surcharge.

MICHAEL STIMSON, 38, of Ladycross Road, Hythe, Pleaded guilty to assaulting an emergency worker. Jailed for eight-weeks, suspended for 12-months. Ordered to pay £300 compensation, £85 court costs and £128 victim surcharge.

LINDA JAMES, 58, of Wavell Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assaulting an emergency worker. Fined £120. Ordered to pay £35 compensation and £55 court costs.

DANIEL BARR, 29, Ivy Close, Totton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Made the subject of a ten-month community order to include ten rehabilitation days. Fined £100. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £90 victim surcharge.

ROSEMARY BROOKER, 50, 43 SUMMIT WAY, SOUTHAMPTON. Pleaded guilty to common assault, Assault by beating, Common assault, Released on conditional bail. Case adjourned until October 8 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
