An 18-year-old had to be cut free from his car following a crash at the back of the Gang Warily recreation centre in Fawley last night.
The accident happened at 11.09pm on Fawley Road and involved a Renault Clio that crashed into a tree.
A red Vauxhall Corsa was in the area at the time and remained to help police with their enquiries but it is not thought to have been directly involved. A total of 12 firefighters were called to deal with the scene.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to call the Totton Roads Policing Unit on 0845 045 4545.
