A SOUTHAMPTON man has been hauled before the courts for using his victim's Deliveroo account.
Ernest Piotr Krysa used someone else's Deliveroo account to buy things for himself.
Appearing before Southampton Magistrates' Court, he was charged with a single count of fraud.
He pleaded guilty to the offence which happened between March 2 and March 6 this year.
Krysa, 20, of Shirley Road, has been released on bail and is due to appear at the same court on October 18.
Until then, he is subject to a curfew each day between 7pm and 7am.
Furthermore, he is banned from entering Mandela Way, Southampton.
