A SOUTHAMPTON man has been taken into custody after causing hundreds of pounds worth of damage to a hotel.
Marius Saklas inflicted £300 worth of damage to items in a room at the Roundhouse Hotel in Bournemouth.
Appearing before Dorset Magistrates' Court, he was charged with a single count of criminal damage.
The 37-year-old of Archers Road, pleaded guilty to the offence which happened on June 30 this year.
He was remanded in custody.
Saklas is due to appear at court again on October 5.
Meanwhile, a pre-sentence report is being prepared.
