FIREFIGHTERS rushed to a farm yesterday after a fire broke out in a grain dryer.
Crews from Romsey, Eastleigh and Totton were called to the blaze in East Wellow at 1.39pm.
The blaze in a grain dryer was found to be inside a barn at the farm on Woodington Road.
Having liaised with the farmer, firefighters used eight sets of breathing apparatus and one hosereel to extinguish the fire.
Firefighters left the area at 5.23pm.
