A HAMPSHIRE man has been fined for failing to file company accounts.
Clive Graham Joyner is the director of Joyners (Paint & Pine) Limited.
According to court documents, he failed to deliver company accounts for the financial year ending 2019.
The 63-year-old of Rollestone Road, Holbury, was proved guilty in absence of the offence, dated December 30, 2020, by Cardiff Magistrates’ Court.
He has been fined £220.
Furthermore he must pay a £34 victim surcharge and £75 in court costs.
