HOWARD LEWIS NEWTON, 38, of Westridge Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug driving. Fined £450 and disqualified for three years. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £45 victim surcharge.

STEPHEN SMITH, 62, of Mistys Field, Walton-on-Thames. Pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention. Case adjourned until October 5 due to unforeseen circumstances.

YASSEMIN CHIRITA, 25, of Oxford Avenue, Southampton. Proved guilty under the single justice procedure of driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and three counts of driving without insurance. Disqualified for three years and ordered to pay £170 court costs.

ARWEL BRYN JONES, 48, of Croft Road, Poulner. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Community order made for 12-months to include 150 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified for 28 months.

STEVEN WOOD, 44, of Summit Way, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to three counts of theft and a single count of failing to surrender to custody. Released on bail until September 29. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

BENJAMIN SMITH, 43, of Blissford Lane, Fordingbridge. Pleaded guilty to two counts of using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Fined £10 and ordered to pay £100 in compensation.

JODIE MARIE MCDERMOTT, 31, of Hounsdown Close, Totton. Proved guilty in absence of assault by beating and pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody. Released on bail. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

KELLY SANDRA WRIGHT, 44, of Albion Towers, Southampton. Admitted breaching the requirements of a community order by failing to attend drug rehabilitation appointments. Community order revoked.

JORDAN LARCOMBE, 25, of LANDGUARD ROAD, SOUTHAMPTON. Pleaded guilty to breaching a sexual harm prevention order. Released on bail. Committed to Southampton Crown Court for sentencing on October 22.

MARTYN LOCKETT, 35, of Hillbury Road, Alderholt. Pleaded guilty to failing to stop for a police constable and two counts of drug driving. Disqualified for 18-months. Community order made for 12-months to include a drug treatment requirement. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £95 victim surcharge.

MATTHEW KING, 30, of Holly Close, Hythe. Pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving. Disqualified for 36-months and fined £400.

BARTOSZ ROZALICZ, 30, of Lodge Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to three counts of criminal damage. Fined £250 and ordered to pay £500 compensation. Ordered to pay £85 court costs.

GLEN HEWES, 51, of Roundcopse, Dibden. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis. Released on bail until October 13. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

TYRELLE MONTEITH, 21, Rippon Way, Bursledon. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Released on bail until October 8. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
