FESTIVAL-goers are waiting up to four hours for a ferry back to Southampton.
Red Funnel, which runs the Red Jet service between the Isle of Wight and the city, has reported long waiting times this afternoon.
The Isle of Wight Festival ended yesterday and hundreds of people are now travelling back home.
But those using the service are being urged to have their e-tickets ready to scan as queues continue to build.
A spokesperson for Red Funnel said: "Our current queue time for our Red Jet service is up to 4 hours.
"We want to get you back from the island as efficiently as possible, so please have your e-tickets ready to scan."
