DAMIAN KAMIL KUCHARSKI, 37, of Boyendie Street, Banff. Pleaded guilty to drug driving, driving without due care and attention, without insurance, while disqualified and without an MOT. Case adjourned until October 21 to be dealt with by a judge at Southampton Crown Court.

SHANE WILLIAM SMITH, 38, of Fleming Avenue, North Baddesley. Pleaded guilty to theft. Jailed for 16 weeks, suspended for 12-months. Ordered to pay £680 compensation, £128 victim surcharge and £300 court costs.

JUSTIN BALE, 34, of Cumberland Street, Portsmouth. Pleaded guilty to theft. Fined £100.

ADAM PARKER, 31, of Tickleford Drive, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug driving. Disqualified for 12 months and fined £120. Ordered to pay £34 court costs and £85 victim surcharge.

KEVIN MITCHELL, 48, Cawte Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen. Case adjourned until December 14 and released on bail for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

CHRISTOPHER SCOTT, 31, of Winston Way, Ringwood. Pleaded guilty to assaulting an emergency worker by beating. Case adjourned until October 20 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared and released on bail.

JACOB WILLOUGHBY, 21, of Albert Road South, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating and two counts if criminal damage. Case adjourned until October 19 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared and released on bail.

ALFIE HALL, 18, of Spring Crescent, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possession of a class B drug and possession of a bladed article in a public place. Community order made for 12-months to include a six-week curfew between 7pm and 7am each day. Must complete 20 rehabilitation activity days. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge.

JAMES ELLINGHAM, 42, of Bowland Rise, Ashley, New Milton. Pleaded guilty to driving without insurance or an MOT and two counts of drug driving. Disqualified for 36 months and fined £300. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £34 victim surcharge.

RICHARD MONCKTON, 35, Swift Gardens, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to a Class A drug, drink driving and two counts of using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £95 victim surcharge. Community order made for 12-months to include 15 rehabilitation activity days. Fined £307.

MICHAEL RYAN, 59, of Blackwater Drive, Totton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Case adjourned until October 25 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared and released on bail.
