NEW MILTON police station will be undergoing refurbishment from Monday October 4, a process which Lymington and New Milton Police say should take approximately four weeks.
The Neighbourhood Policing Team will be operating out of Lymington station during this time but police say this will not impede or impact the service that they provide.
In a post on social media, a spokesperson from Lymington and New Milton Police, said: “We will continue to conduct our routine and high-visibility patrols in the local area as well as responding to all enquiries for police support.
“A yellow phone will be outside New Milton station, which can still be used by members of the community to contact local police in an emergency.
“We thank you for your patience and co-operation.”
