A FLY tipper who dumped piles of rubbish in Romsey has been put on an electronic tag.
Dominic Lane appeared before court after he left rubbish on Highwood Lane on May 25 last year.
The 23-year-old left a large pillow, clear plastic wrapping, cardboard and other household items on the land.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, he pleaded guilty to the crime.
Lane, of Bodycoats Road, Chandler's Ford, was handed a community order and was placed on electronic curfew banning him from leaving his address from 7am to 7pm for 16 weeks.
He was also ordered to pay compensation of £658 and a victim surcharge of £95.
