A BROKEN down vehicle is causing traffic chaos on a busy stretch of motorway.
One lane of the M27 Westbound is blocked by a stationary vehicle and heavy delays are building.
This is between Junction 7, Hedge End and Junction 5, Eastleigh.
Hampshire County Council's live travel service ROMANSE is urging drivers to consider their routes.
