TWO men have been arrested by police investigating reports of an assault and criminal damage in a Hampshire town.
Officers say a man in his 30s suffered minor injuries during an altercation which occurred outside a bar in New Milton at around 11.25pm last Friday.
The incident continued outside a home in Eastlands, resulting in damage to a front door.
A police spokesman said: "A 26-year-old man of no fixed abode was arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, using violent to secure entry to premises and possession with intent to supply a Class B drug.
"A 31-year-old man from Christchurch in Dorset was arrested on suspicion of using violence to secure entry to premises.
"Both were later released and given conditional cautions."
