THE junction linking two busy motorways is now blocked in both directions following a crash in which a lorry has overturned.
All southbound lanes of the M3 are blocked between Junction 13, Eastleigh, and where the carriageway meets the M27 Westbound.
Emergency services are working at the scene of the collision, which is being described as serious by Highways England.
Delays are building, according to Hampshire County Council's travel service ROMANSE.

The junction on the eastbound carriageway is also closed after a car transporter burst into flames.
