A TEENAGE driver has admitted charges after a road crash in Winchester.
James Gale, 18, crashed into property on Minden Way in Stanmore on August 4, a court heard.
Gale, of Main Road, Hursley, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention, failing to stop after an accident to exchange details and driving with illegal tyres.
An allegation of failing to report an accident was withdrawn at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.
Magistrates fined him £120 with £85 costs a £34 victim surcharge and seven points added to his licence.
The penalties must be paid by November 2.
