THE following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...

MARK DAVID TULL, 39, of Woodley Road, Southampton. Pleaded not guilty but was found guilty of one count of assault by beating and one count of harassment, and pleaded guilty to one count of causing damage to property. Handed community order and ordered to pay compensation of £200. Handed restraining order banning him from contacting victim for two years.

CHRISTOPER JOHN CLARK, 46, of Coxford Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to one count of assault. Committed to prison for four months suspended for 24 months. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £128 and court costs of £620.

JAKE KEVIN BRISLAND, 22, of Botley Road, Southampton. Admitted breach of community order. Ordered to pay £30.

LUKE CHRISTOPHER COLYER, 29, of Southampton Road, Eastleigh. Admitted breach of community order. Ordered to pay £30.

SARA ALISON MANSON, 43, of Saltmead, Southampton. Admitted breach of community order. Ordered to pay £30.

VICTORIA MORROW, 37, of Old Northam Road, Southampton. Admitted breach of community order. Ordered to pay £30.

ROBERT OSTROWSK, 38, of Copeland Road, Southampton. Admitted breach of community order. Ordered to pay £60.

ADIL OSMAN, 43, of Coxford Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to breach of an enforcement notice issued by Southampton City Council in failing to remove an outbuilding from 62 Coxford Close. Fined £400. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and costs of £300.

ILONA PATRYCJA OSMAN, 39, of Coxford Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to breach of an enforcement notice issued by Southampton City Council in failing to remove an outbuilding from 62 Coxford Close. Fined £400. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and costs of £300.

MARCIN GUTMANSKI, 35, of Aster Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to one count of causing damage to a TV, mobile phone, cot, rabbit cage and a wall to the value of £850 and one count of assaulting an emergency worker. Ordered to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work and handed a restraining order. Also ordered to pay compensation of £900.

MICHAEL ANTHONY RICKETTS, 59, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to one count of the possession of crack cocaine and one count of the possession of diamorphine. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £22 and court costs of £85.

SAMUEL ALAN MANSER, 24, of Commercial Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to three counts of assaulting an emergency worker and one count of causing damage to the internal cage door of a police vehicle to the value of £31.75. Community order made and fined £120. Also ordered to pay £31.75 compensation, victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

STEVEN DAVID DRURY, 45, of Cleasby Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to the theft of shoes and bedsheets worth £256 from M&S. Put on curfew with electric monitoring for five months banning him from leaving his address from 7pm to 7am. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £60.
