A MARKETING and public relations agency has won a trophy for best use of digital and social media at a national awards ceremony.

Southampton-based MTM Agency took the title at the CIPR PRide Awards, hosted virtually by former BBC Breakfast presenter Louise Minchin.

The prize was for its work during the pandemic with luxury yacht builder Fairline Yachts. In the absence of the traditional boat shows, Fairline asked MTM to develop a new digital platform which allowed customers to take 360-degree live tours and ask questions through a live chat feature.

The platform recorded more than 10,000 engagements and more than 40,000 views of its videos in the first week.
