A DRINK driver caught more than four times the legal limit has been banned from the roads.
Adrian Bzinkowski was caught drink driving on Water Lane in Totton on August 2 last year.
The 32-year-old was found to have 162 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the legal limit of 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
This made him 4.6 times the legal drink drive limit.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, he pleaded not guilty but was found guilty of drink driving.
Bzinkowski, of Richmond Road, Southampton, was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £1,500.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £150 and court costs of £160.
