NEW food hygiene ratings for eateries and food retailers across Southampton have been published by the Food Standards Agency.
Listed below are the latest findings of environmental health staff employed by the city council – including the results of an inspection at Ninja Warrior Southampton.
Thousands of premises in the county are regularly inspected by the agency, based on the findings of inspectors who work all year round.
The hygiene standards found at the time of inspection are then rated on a scale of 0-5.
Five means the hygiene standards are excellent and fully comply with the law. Zero is at the bottom of the scale, meaning urgent improvement is necessary.
