A MOTORWAY lane has been cleared and delays are easing following an earlier incident.
One lane eastbound before junction one on the M27, near Cadnam, was blocked this afternoon.
There were delays of 20 minutes on approach from Stoney Cross on the A31.

A vehicle left the carriageway, but there was a queue that stretched over two miles.
A broken down car was in the outside lane in the queue.
There was also a broken down lorry eastbound, approximately one mile before Stoney Cross.
