LAURA VICTORIA JAMES, 29, of Shepherds Close, Bartley. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen. Handed an interim disqualification and released on bail until October 29. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

JACK HENRY THOMAS COLE, 27, of Castle Way, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage and common assault. Community order made for 12-months to include 20 rehabilitation activity days. Ordered to pay £32 compensation.

LUKE DAVID JOHN SETON-SMITH, 26, of Lower Northam Road, Hedge End. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Disqualified for 12-months and fined £250. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £34 victim surcharge.

BENJAMIN JOHN MILES-WORSFOLD, 34, of Waterloo Road, Southsea. Proved guilty in absence of assaulting an emergency worker. Warrant for arrest without bail issued.

KENNETH SOMERS, 43, Courtland Gardens, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving. Disqualified for 12-months and fined £400. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £40 victim surcharge.

CHARLIE KEAY, 20, of Erskine Road, Winchester. Pleaded guilty to drug driving. Community order made for 12-months to include 80 hours of unpaid work. Disqualified for 46 months. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £95 victim surcharge.

MATTHEW HUNT, 32, of Alder Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to theft. Given a 12-month community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work and 25 rehabilitation days. Ordered to pay £700 compensation.

KEVIN HARRISON, 64, of The Bartons, Fordingbridge. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Ordered to pay £85 court costs. Disqualified for 12-months and fined £80.

JACK COLE, 27, Castle Way, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to three counts of theft. Community order made for 12-months to include 20 rehabilitation days. Ordered to pay £467.50 in compensation.

SALIH SEN, 41, of Bays Road, Pennington. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified, causing serious injury while driving, failing to report an accident and driving without insurance. Handed an interim disqualification and released on bail. Case sent to Southampton Crown Court for sentencing on November 11.
