TWO men have been charged with drug offences after police found a laundry bag full of cannabis in a car.
Police stopped and searched a vehicle on Spitfire Link, Winchester, at around 11.59pm yesterday.
A huge quantity of cannabis was found stuffed in a laundry bag, which was subsequently seized.

Fabio Shehu, 22, of Ashwell Street in Leicester, and Bledar Shehu, 42, of Hannam Court in Leicester, have been charged with possession with intent to supply a Class B drug.
They have been remanded in custody and will appear before Basingstoke Magistrates Court tomorrow, October 21.
