Here is the weather forecast for this weekend.

Saturday, October 30

It may not be Halloween yet, but many spooky festivities are happening throughout the day.

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for rain today, with flooding and disruption expected in some places.

Here's what to expect:

  • Bus and train services probably affected with journey times taking longer
  • Spray and flooding on roads probably making journey times longer

However, the rain is expected to cease by 11am and the sun should make an appearance later in the afternoon.

Sunday, October 31

Similarly to Saturday, the rain is expected to stop by midday, so trick or treaters should be able to enjoy their evening without the risk of getting wet.

The rain will be heaviest from 9am to midday, with the sun expected to emerge around 3pm.

Daily Echo:

A yellow weather warning has also been issued for Sunday.

According to the Met Office, flooding of a few homes and businesses is likely, along with increased journey times thanks to spray and flooding on roads.
