A vehicle has broken down on the M27 (stock photo)
MOTORISTS are facing delays this morning due to a broken down vehicle on the M27.
The incident happened on the eastbound carriageway betwee junction nine for Park Gate and junction 10 for Fareham.
Travel information service Romanse is warning road users that delays are building in the area.
A traffic map shows slow-moving vehicles heading back past junction nine.
