A MAN has been arrested after a purse and a bus pass was stolen from an Eastleigh home.
It comes after residents reported the incident in Toynbee Road in the early hours of Friday November 19.
Officers have arrested a 29-year-old man on suspicion of burglary, attempted burglary, possession of a Class A drug and using threatening/abusive/insulting/behaviour with intent to cause fear or violence.
Police also received a further report of an attempted burglary at a different address on the same road at approximately 5.50am, on the same day.
The man remains in custody at this time.
