Delays building on the M27 after broken down vehicle BLOCKS lane
A BROKEN down vehicle was causing traffic delays on a busy motorway.
One lane of the M27 westbound was blocked at Junction 8, Bursledon, but has been cleared.
According to Hampshire's live travel service, ROMANSE, delays were building up to 15 minutes.
