THE Shaping Portsmouth Conference is back as an in-person event at Portsmouth Guildhall on Friday, January 28, 2022.

Focusing on celebrating the 'People of Our City', the conference will put a spotlighton some of the amazing work being done.

Key elements of the day include panel discussions with Portsmouth’s community group leaders and a selection of Shaping Portsmouth’s programme leaders, a conversation with Alice Hendy, founder of R;pple Suicide Prevention, and three prominent politicians discussing their lives in Portsmouth. Plus there will be plenty returning from previous conferences, with networking time, an update from Portsmouth City Council by leader Gerald Vernon Jackson, and Shapin POrtsmouth's chief executive, Stef Nienaltowski, closing out the event with a look back at Shaping’s 2021 and setting out our plans for the year ahead.Further details will be announced soon.

The Shaping Portsmouth Awardsare also returning to celebrate the People of Our City, with public nominations are open until November 30.
