Traffic building on M27 after vehicle breaks down at peak of rush hour
A BROKEN down vehicle was causing traffic delays on the M27.
One lane of the eastbound carriageway was blocked due to the incident.
This was at Junction 7, Hedge End, but it has now been cleared.
Delays were building on approach, according to Hampshire County Council's live travel service, ROMANSE.
