South Central Ambulance Service
On Monday I was walking to Alma Road Surgery via Romsey when I was taken ill with a heart attack.
I knew I needed to sit down and went in the vape shop but before I could sit down I passed out.
The gentleman in there was so kind he called an ,ambulance phoned my husband and covered me with a coat all the while talking to me until the ambulance arrived which was about 7 minutes.
They took me straight to the general where staff were waiting for me.
They looked after my husband and I got the treatment I needed.
A big thank you to everyone it could have been a very different outcome.I will never be able to thank them enough
