HARRY MICHAEL LEE FRANCIS, 23, of Sissinghurst Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage, causing fear of violence and harassment. Community order made for 12 months to include 20 rehabilitation activity days and 100 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Kavi BHATOOLAUL, 23, of Winchester Road, Southampton. Convicted of failing to stop for a police constable, harassment and three counts of drug driving. Community order made for one year to include 30 rehabilitation activity days and 80 hours of unpaid work. Fined £100 and disqualified for 36 months. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £45 court costs.

PAUL ROBERT GREGORY, 40, of Lawn Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order. Ordered to pay £200 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

EDWARD PECKHAM, 41, of Newbury Road, Southampton. Proved guilty in absence of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver and driving without due care and attention. Ordered to pay £800 fine, £600 court costs and £40 victim surcharge.

AIDEN RALPH, 27, of Southampton Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage and failing to surrender to custody at Southampton Magistrates' Court. Discharged conditionally for six months. Ordered to pay £150 compensation.

TARRON JAMES CRUTCHER, 32, of Forster Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage. Jailed for four weeks.

DANIEL GRAHAM BOWDEN, 40, of Upper Bugle Street, Southampton. Found guilty of assault by beating. Warrant for arrest issued.

PATRYK KRZYSZTOF MAJ, 34, of Burgess Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage. Ordered to pay £300 compensation and £55 court costs.

CARL ERN MORGAN, 29, of Howards Grove, Southampton. Found guilty of assault by beating. Released on bail and case adjourned until December 12 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

RACHAEL BOLGER, 25, of Knightstone Grange, Hythe. Pleaded guilty to sending by means of a public electronic communications network a facebook post that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character. Community order made for one year to include six months of drug rehabilitation and 15 activity days. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge.

DAVID TYSON, 40, of The Ridings, Bishopstoke. Pleaded guilty to sending by means of a public electronic communications network a message via WhatsApp that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character. Released on bail and case adjourned until December 15 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

MUSTAFA SULEYMAN, 36, of St Georges Way, London. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage, assault by beating, and assaulting an emergency worker by beating. Community order made for two years to include an exclusion requirement not to enter Hampshire until May 23 next year, 32 days on a building better relationships programme and ten rehabilitation activity days. Ordered to pay £200 compensation.
