ALL lanes have reopened on the M3 Southbound following a crash involving two vehicles earlier today.
Drivers still face heavy delays of up to 40 minutes and there are 4.5 miles of congestion on approach.
Traffic has now been released and all lanes have re-opened on the #M3 westbound in #Hampshire between J11 (#Winchester) and J12 (#Eastleigh).

The incident has occurred on the M3 Southbound, and all traffic was held between junction 11 on the A3090, Winchester and junction 12 on the A335, ChandlersFord.
Traffic officers are dealing with the incident.
Drivers are urged to allow for additional journey time this evening.
