MOTORISTS are facing delays of up to 40 minutes following a multi-vehicle pile-up on a Hampshire motorway.
One lane of the M3 northbound is blocked following the collision between junction 11 and junction 10 at Winchester.

Delays of up to 40 minutes are building from junction 14 at the M27.
