HOUSEHOLDS across Hampshire will once again be looking to recycle their rubbish this Christmas.
After a period of wrapping and unwrapping presents, eating boxes of chocolate and drinking festive beverages, many will have a full recycling container come boxing day.
But this year, restrictions continue to be in place at recycling centres meaning you must book a slot before turning up.
Below is a list of all the centres in and around Southampton that will be open again as of December 27:
- Netley - Grange Road, Southampton
- Efford - Milford Road Pennington, Lymington
- Casbrook - Casbrook Bunny Lane, Timsbury, Romsey
- Southampton - City Depot, Dock Gate 20
- Marchwood - Normandy Way, Marchwood, Southampton
- Eastleigh - Stoney Croft Rise Chandler's Ford, Eastleigh
- Winchester - Bar End Industrial Estate, Bar End Road, Winchester
- Segensworth - Barnes Wallis Road, Segensworth, Fareham
- Fair Oak - Knowle Lane, Fair Oak, Eastleigh
- Hedge End - Shamblehurst Lane, Hedge End, Southampton
Spots at these centres will be made available up to seven days in advance with dates over a week away showing as unavailable.
Bookings can be made online via the county council website and will require an email address and the registration of the vehicle you will be bringing to your chosen site.
The centres are open from 9am until 4pm.
