Cases heard at Southampton Magistrates’ Court...

PETER GORDON, 44, of Blackthorn Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Disqualified for 18 months and fined £850. Ordered to pay £620 costs and £62 victim surcharge.

DANIELE BARATTO, 54, of Thorold Road, Southampton. Found guilty of speeding. Fined £100 and driving record endorsed with three points. Ordered to pay £620 court costs and £34 victim surcharge.

LISA HEMY, 41, of Northam Road, Southampton. Admitted breaching the requirements of a community order by failing to attend office appointments. Original community order revoked.

HERTON CARLOS RODRIGUS COELHO, 30, of Graham Street, Southampton. Admitted breaching the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work. Original community order for two counts of assault by beating revoked.

ASHLEY BOND, 24, of Dane Close, Hythe. Admitted breaching the requirements of a community order by failing to attend planned appointments. Original community order for possessing a bladed article, possessing a class B drug, shoplifting and assault, revoked

ROBERT MCCALL, 54, of Green Lane, Hamble. Admitted breaching the requirements of a community order by failing to attend a planned office appointment and unpaid work. Suspended sentence imposed for driving while disqualified varied. Must complete an additional ten hours of unpaid work.

SALLY PEARCE, 34, of Portsmouth Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of each of the following offences; drug driving, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence, an driving without insurance. Handed a one year community order to include six months of drug treatment and up to ten rehabilitation activity days. Disqualified for 18 months. Fined £80.

JAMES SPENCER, 47, of Ringwood Road, Ferndown. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Released on bail until January 17 and case adjourned to consider if there are special reasons for not ordering an endorsement or disqualification.

ANDREW THOMSON, 43, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton. P leaded guilty to theft. Fined £30 and orered to pay £19 compensation.

MICHAEL GUERIN, 49, of Wimpson Lane, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to theft and failing to surrender to custody. Released on bail and case adjourned until January 5 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

KEVIN WILLIAMS, 48, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to a single count of assault by beating. Committed to prison for 14 days. Ordered to pay £85 court costs
