Man arrested after Wimpson Lane sexual assault
A SOUTHAMPTON man has been charged with sexually assaulting a school girl.
Jack Stott is due to appear before the city magistrates' court today.
The 19-year-old of Orion Close has been charged with two counts of sexual assault in connection with two separate incidents.
It comes after a 12-year-old girl was sexually attacked on Wimpson Lane at around 7.30am on Tuesday, December 14.
The second count relates to an incident in Shirley Road on December 1, 2021.
Stott is currently in custody.
Meanwhile, the victims both continue to be supported by specialist police officers.
