A man from Southampton was found dead at his home by police after welfare concerns were raised, an inquest heard.
Anwarii Asghar, of Sholing Road, was found unresponsive at his home with no sign of any commotion.
A post mortem was carried out by Dr Bateman and determined the cause of death as unascertained.
Area coroner Jason Pegg adjourned the full inquest to take place on June 21.
