Samuel MARK WOODFORD, 30, of Howard Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress, assaulting a police officer and failing to surrender to custody. Released on bail and case adjourned until January 19 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
SYLWESTER HOJDEN, 33, of Bealing Close, Southampton. Admitted breaking bail conditions by breaching a curfew. Released on bail to await extradition to Poland.
RADOSLAW ROBERT PRZEZDZIECKI, 40, of Penhale Road, Portsmouth. Admitted to breaking bail by breaching a curfew on four occasions. Released on bail to await extradition to Poland.
JONATHAN JAMES WEAVER, 37, of Sandown Bay, Yaverland. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating, common assault and criminal damage. Released on bail and case adjourned until February 1 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
RYAN CULLEY, 38, of MAY PLACE, BASINGSTOKE. Pleaded guilty to theft, using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress and failing to surrender to police bail. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £34 victim surcharge. Fined £76.
DARREN PAGE, 41, of TENNYSON ROAD, SOUTHAMPTON. Pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving. Ordered to pay £85 costs and £34 victim surcharge. Fined £120 and disqualified for 12 months.
CHAD SAVAGE, 42, of RADSTOCK ROAD, SOUTHAMPTON. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £40 court costs. Fined £120 and disqualified for 16 months.
SADEQ AGHA, 26, of MULBERRY WALK, SOUTHAMPTON. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £34 victim surcharge. Fined £113 and disqualified for 36 months.
SAMUEL MCDOWELL, 43, of CRABTREE CLOSE, HERMITAGE. Pleaded guilty to being in charge of a motor vehicle when above the alcohol limit. Handed an interim disqualification and case adjourned until February 1 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
ASHLEY JAMES LEAR, 32, of Tennyson Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving and a single count of possessing a class A drug. Fined £692 and driving record endorsed with ten points. Ordered to pay £190 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
IAN GRAHAM NIGHTINGALE, 44, of St Denys Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to harassment, using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress, and breaching a conditional discharge order. Community order made for 12 months to include up to 12 rehabilitation activity days. Fined £10 and ordered to pay £100 compensation.
LIAM MCCARTHY, 38, WIMPSON LANE, SOUTHAMPTON. Pleaded guilty to common assault. Community order made for two years to include 90 hours of unpaid work and up to ten rehabilitation activity days and a programme requirement of 32 days. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £95 victim surcharge.
ANDREW BERRY, 53, of ASHFORD ROAD, FORDINGBRIDGE. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and uninsured. Released on bail and case adjourned until January 28 for a pre-sentence report to be carried out.
