Congestion building as traffic lights linking THREE major city roads fail
TRAFFIC lights that connect three major roads in Southampton failed earlier today.
Drivers were being urged to approach Tebourba Way's junction with Winchester Road and Romsey Road with caution.
The traffic lights failed at around 2.30pm but were fixed at around 5.35pm.
According to ROMANSE, Hampshire County Council's live traffic service, congestion was building in the area.
