ALMOST 80 new homes are set to go on the market in a Hampshire community.
David Wilson Homes will begin marketing a mixture of two, three, and four-bedroom properties at Whitely, near Fareham, in April.
The development, Forest Walk, will comprise 79 homes once compete.
Described as ideal for first-time buyers, families and retirees alike, the properties are surrounded by countryside and walking trails, with schools, shops and restaurants nearby.
Tammy Bishop, sales director at David Wilson Homes Southampton division, said: “Buyers will be able to experience the best of both worlds at Forest Walk.
"It's close to essential amenities but with access to wonderful green space at nearby Botley Wood and Manor Farm and Country Park."
