A BOUTIQUE hotel nestled in the heart of the New Forest has officially reopened its doors.

Spot in the Woods, part of the Hillbrooke collection, is offering home sourced, forest-inspired menus upon its return.

It had temporarily closed its doors during the pandemic whilst facing "difficult times".

Paul Brown, Hillbrooke Hotels managing director, said: “ Along with many others in the hospitality industry, Spot in the Woods has been through some challenging times over the last 18 months or so, and we are delighted to be open once again, with a new identity designed to provoke lasting memories.

"It has been a long road and we are so grateful for people’s patience and support over these difficult times. Whilst our guests and team's safety remains the first priority, people will always receive a warm welcome at this particular Spot in the Woods."

The secluded hotel offers 11 individually decorated chic rooms that come equipped with Nespresso coffee machines and Mozzo coffee, Roberts radios, and homemade treats, with some also including luxurious roll top baths.

Each en suite bathroom also comes with luxury full-size 100 Acre toiletries that guests are encouraged to leave behind in a commitment from the hotel to make more sustainable decisions.

There are an additional five shepherd huts too, made cosy with electric log fires.

Dogs are welcome and since reopening, the food and beverage offering has been reinvented, with new menus boasting locally sourced and forest-inspired food.
