A NATIONAL property consultancy has expanded its operation in Hampshire with the acquisition of a nearby firm.

Eddisons has acquired Fareham based valuation and property consultancy Daniells Harrison.

The company which has offices in Bournemouth, East Sussex and on the Isle of Wight, will now integrate its 27-strong team with Eddisons, which is headquartered in Leeds and has a network of 23 UK offices.

Established in 1992, Daniells Harrison acts for a range of financial institutions, property investors and businesses on the south coast with the new deal expected to enable Eddisons to better service its existing South East-based clients.

This comes as the firm has also acquired London chartered surveyors Hargreaves Newberry Gyngell in February last year, and East of England commercial property agency Barker Storey Mathews in 2019.

Eddisons director Anthony Spencer said: “I am very pleased to welcome the Daniells Harrison team to Eddisons, extending our geographical coverage across the south coast.

“Daniells Harrison have a highly experienced team with a proven track record in delivering high quality professional advice and I look forward to working with Chris Daniells and his colleagues as Eddisons continues to seek opportunities for further growth.”

Daniells Harrison director Chris Daniells said: “Through our talented team of people, we have developed an unrivalled presence within our region and we are excited to be joining Eddisons and developing the opportunities that the deal presents.”
