AN EASTLEIGH woman who used a "lost or stolen" blue badge to park on a busy road has been fined.
Janet Howard appeared in Southampton Magistrates' Court after she used the badge on Leigh Road, Eastleigh, on June 26 last year.
The court heard how the 52-year-old used the badge to deceive in the absence of the badge holder, and that the badge used was "lost or stolen".
She pleaded guilty to the offence.
Howard, of Chamberlayne Road, Eastleigh, was fined £100.
She was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £100.
