THE following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
JASMINE TRACY TRACY MUMMERY, 26, of Cranbury Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to one count of assaulting an emergency worker, namely a police officer, and one count of using threatening words and behaviour with intent to cause alarm and distress. Court found offence to be racially aggravated. Community order made and fined £120. Also ordered to pay compensation of £100.
DAMIEN EDWARD GORMAN, 33, of Mill Gardens, West End. Pleaded guilty to two counts of speeding. Driving record endorsed with seven points and fined £166. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.
IAN PATRICK RANDALL, 48, of The Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to damaging a tracksuit that did not belong to him with intent to destroy/being reckless. Fined £40 and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £34.
KRISTIAN JAMES OAKES, 30, of Vaudrey Close, Southampton. Admitted breach of community order by failing to attend one office appointment and two rehabilitation activity requirements. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £40 costs.
ANDREW ARTHUR MUNCE, 68, of Doreen Welfare House, Eastleigh. Admitted breach of community order by failing to attend unpaid work and planned telephone appointment. Fined £200.
LEWIE PACE, 24, of Swift Road, Southampton. Admitted breach of community order by failing to attend unpaid work twice. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £60 costs.
SAM LLOYD 33, of Fullerton Road, Lymington. Pleaded guilty to one count of navigating a vessel, a rigid inflatable boat, at a speed exceeding six knots through the water at Lymington Harbour, and one count of navigating a vessel at a speed that generated wash that may cause damage or endanger the safety of others. Fined a total of £400. Also ordered to pay costs of £200 and a victim surcharge of £60.
