RESIDENTS are due to benefit from a new free bus scheme throughout the winter months in Boorley Green.
Those living in the area will now be able to use the bus which will take them direct to Botley High Street.
The new pilot service began on January 18 and is set to run until March 15.
Collecting people from Boorley Green and Boorley Park, the bus will then drop off in the Dolphin car park.
Organised by Botley Parish Council, the Botley Winter Bus service is being supported by the Welcome Back Fund from Eastleigh Borough Council.
A council spokesperson said the service will "offer people the chance to ditch the car and make the most of this free service".
