A SOUTHAMPTON man caught driving with cocaine in his system has been banned from the roads.
Panagiotis Kattis was caught drug driving on Green Park Road in Southampton on July 7 last year.
The 30-year-old was found to have Benzoylecgonine - a breakdown product of cocaine - and cocaine in his system.
He was also found to be driving without insurance and to have tyres with insufficient tread depth.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, he pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving, one count of driving without insurance and one count of driving with insufficient tread on tyres.
Kattis, of Bernard Street, Southampton, was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined a total of £380.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.
