A MAN was found dead at his home after concerns were raised for his welfare by his ex-partner, an inquest opening heard.

Police were called to the home of Kieran Liam Crawley, in Highfield Road, after his ex-partner raised concerns for him on January 11.

The 35-year-old was found hanging and there were “no live saving opportunities”.

An inquest has now been opened into his death by senior coroner Christopher Wilkinson at Winchester Coroner’s Court

A post mortem has been carried out by pathologist Sanjay Jogai who has given a cause of death as hanging.

Mr Wilkinson adjourned the hearing for a full inquest to take place on August 9.
