UPDATE: All lanes are now cleared and heavy delays are easing.
HEAVY delays are building on a major Hampshire road after a crash blocked two lanes.
Lanes two and three are currently blocked on the M3 eastbound near Winchester.
This is due to a crash involving multiple vehicles between Junction 9 and Junction 10.
Heavy delays are building in the area and are said to be around four miles long.
Traffic is now backed up to J12 for Chandlers Ford.
Ambulance crews have also been spotted at the scene of the incident.
National Highways has advised motorists to "allow extra journey time if travelling in the area".
