A DRIVER caught using his mobile phone on the motorway has been slapped with a fine.
Hampshire Roads Policing Unit have told of the moment they stopped the driver of a flat-bed van on the M3 near Winchester heading northbound.

The driver was using his mobile phone while travelling down the motorway.
They were issued with a fine and penalty points on their licence.
