A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a 19-year-old was stabbed in Southampton.
Police were called to Ascupart Street on Monday (March 14) where the young man had been stabbed.
He was taken to hospital where he remains in a serious, but stable, condition.

Officers have since arrested a 22-year-old Southampton man on suspicion of attempted murder.
He remains in police custody at this time.
