A SOUTHAMPTON guest house could become a family home should plans be approved by civic chiefs.
Plans have been submitted to Southampton City Council to change the use of Fenland Guest House on Hill Lane into a residential home.
Fenland Guest House is a four-star guest house that offers accommodation in the heart of Southampton, according to the business website.
The building is a Victorian property with a total of eight letting rooms.
The proposal seeks to make no changes to the existing property in terms of its material finish.
A decision is yet to be made by Southampton City Council on the plans to change the building's use.
